Listings on the website follow a tiered structure as detailed below. This is based on the 3 tiered structure outlined in the 'Service Options'.

Any addtional properties advertised on our site command discounts according to the following guidelines:-

| 2 properties : |
1st property charged at the advertised rate, 2nd property charged at 10% discount from advertised rate. |
| 3 - 5 properties : |
1st property charged at the advertised rate, other properties charged at 20% discount from advertised rate. |
| >5 properties : |
1st property charged at the advertised rate, other properties charged at 30% discount from advertised rate. |
Optional: Additional Service Fees
In addition to advertising using one of the standard listing services clients may also choose to advertise through managed premium services. This provides up to two further options:
1. Special offers enabled - this service provides functionality for apartment owners to define weekly special offers for their apartment, based on a discount off the standard rate. All special offers are then visible on the apartment details page and integrated into the bookings engine to automatically reduce booking costs. A separate special offer search utility is availble to users of the website and all special offers will be visible through this. Owners will be able to create up to 5 'live' special offers.
2. Featured Property - this service provides the ultimate exclusivity, providing the opportunity to belong to a small club of properties featured on the website home page within a scroll component. This service guarantees that, for the first year of website service, a maximum of 12 apartments can be featured at any one time, thereby limiting this extra exposure to only a select few properties. The feature will include a property photograph, configured rates, and a short description of the property and will also be displayed on a dedicated featured properties page within the site.
(The terms of this service will be revised in year 2 but for the first year this provides a great opportunity to gain maximum exposure for your apartment with limited properties competing for this advertising space)

Advance Payment Discounts
Payments can be made for up to 2 years in advance. In opting for the payment of a two year subscription in advance, clients qualify for a 25% discount on their standard listing fee for the second year.
